How much money do I need to invest?
It varies from deal to deal. The minimum investment is typically $50k. We live in an expensive Real Estate market – in fact, one of the most expensive in the World. While many individual investors do not have enough for a down payment themselves, by joining in a shared equity deal or pooling money together, together, we can invest in Real Estate providing an opportunity where one wouldn’t have been able to participate alone.
How long does it take to get a return?
It depends! There are short term interest bearing loans that typically are for a shorter period of time approx. 3-12 months. And there are longer investments we work on value add projects or developments where investors can expect a return in 18 months to 3 years. Ask us!

Is there security?
Yes – Money is secured in different ways depending on the project. It may be in the form of a promissory note secured by the borrower’s personal guarantee, a mortgage on title or in the form of a Shareholder Agreement where the Investors own shares in the land or development.
